One of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for a Hiring Manager located in Tampa, FL.

Position Details:

• Supervising HR Operations team of 7. They are a well-established and running team at the Firm. (Core Firmwide HR Operations, Compliance, Performance Evaluations)
• They would love someone from another law firm. If not, experience supporting a professional services environment would be helpful.
• Needs to have prior supervisory experience; ideally a team

Description: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for executing and overseeing the firm's day-to-day HR operations. This role blends tactical execution with team leadership, process improvement, and operational oversight. The Human Resources Manager partners closely with HR leadership, department heads, office managers, and HR team members to deliver high-quality, responsive, and compliant HR services.

Qualifications & Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field required.
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience with a balance of operational and strategic responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to leverage these tools in day-to-day operations.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.

Preferred Qualifications & Education:

• HR certification (PHR, SPHR) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or lead role strongly preferred.
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
