Schedule / Job Type

Contract (8 weeks with possible extension) | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Night/Mid Rotation (19:00–07:00 / 11:00–23:00) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients across varying acuity levels
• Document patient information and clinical findings accurately using EPIC
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient treatment plans
• Float to other units as needed per facility requirements
• Complete required facility modules prior to start date

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room RN experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records – hard requirement
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers accepted
• Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules including nights and mids
