Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Help buyers navigate the home buying process
• Show properties and host open houses
• Prepare and negotiate real estate offers and contracts

• Use CRM tools and real estate systems to stay organized
• Attend sales training, coaching, and team accountability meetings

Qualifications

We're looking for a motivated real estate professional who wants to grow a successful real estate career with the support, training, and systems of a high-performing team at Team Tringali.

• Active New Hampshire Real Estate License, or currently pursuing licensure
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Comfortable with prospecting, lead generation, and client follow-up
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated to grow
• Organized with strong time management and multitasking skills
