WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Specialist I to handle inbound calls from our remote call center, resolving customer inquiries about bank products and services. You will work in a 9am–8pm schedule, Wednesday through Saturday, with some holidays, and must be able to operate in a home-based setup within the WesBanco footprint. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking, with strong communication and time #J-18808-Ljbffr WesBanco
