Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full‑time Physical Therapist to join Atlantic Rehabilitation's outpatient team in Mountain Lakes. What Your Day Might Look Like Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient‑centered treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members. Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care. Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed. Principal Accountabilities Essential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, delivering patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately. Qualifications Required New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program. Preferred 1‑3 years of experience in general orthopedics, but newer graduates are welcome to apply.
