What You'll Do:

Act with integrity and professionalism in all customer and colleague interactions.
Consult with consumers about their mortgage options, providing expert guidance on loan products.
Pursue leads from satisfied customer referrals, real estate agents, and financial advisors.
Ensure all loan applications and disclosures comply with federal and state regulations.
Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous training and education.
Identify potential red flags for mortgage fraud and uphold fair lending policies.
Contribute to company growth by suggesting improvements in efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated professionals with the ability to generate and maintain client relationships.
Commitment to compliance and ethical lending practices.
Active NMLS license or willingness to obtain one.
Education requirement: H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
