About the Role
KG Facility Solutions is looking for an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with key decision-makers at our existing accounts. Think VP of Facilities, not the on-site branch manager. You'll be the driving force behind account expansion, identifying and closing opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, new locations, new service lines, and scope increases within your book of business.
This is a hybrid relationship-and-growth role: you'll spend meaningful time on the road visiting client sites across the Front Range, building the kind of trust that turns a single-location contract into a regional partnership. You'll also work hand-in-hand with our Operations team, sharing accountability for service quality and account retention, because growth only sticks when delivery holds up.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for contract decision-makers across a portfolio of existing accounts
- Identify and close expansion opportunities: cross-sell, upsell, new locations, new service lines, and scope increases
- Travel on-site to customer locations throughout the Front Range to maintain strong client relationships and assess service needs
- Partner closely with the Ops Manager to monitor service quality and proactively address retention risks
- Maintain clean, accurate pipeline and account data in CRM (Zoho) to support commission tracking and forecasting
What You'll Need
- Required: Hands-on CRM experience (Zoho preferred or similar platform). You know how to manage a pipeline, not just log notes
- Proven track record in account management, sales, or business development, ideally in a B2B or services environment
- Comfort with a quota-carrying, relationship-driven sales motion
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly to client sites across the Front Range
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; this role doesn't succeed in a silo
