Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Senior Business Immigration Paralegal hybrid (3 days on‑site) in Salem, MA. We are seeking a candidate who can: Support a high‑volume corporate immigration practice for tech and healthcare employers Handle H‑1B , L‑1A/L‑1B , and O‑1 petitions Requirements 5+ years of business immigration experience (corporate only – no family/personal immigration substitutes) Deep, working knowledge of H‑1B , L‑1A/L‑1B , and O‑1 filings Ability to manage cases independently from day one Experience in high‑volume environments (e.g., Fragomen , Berry Appleman ) strongly preferred Strong writing, organization, and client‑communication skills Office is steps from the commuter rail (easy ride from North Station).
