The ideal candidate for this position is well-organized and has a passion for maintenance planning.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:The position balances priorities, resources, material, and equipment availability to develop department and individual work schedulesCollaborate cross-functionally to prioritize maintenance work and ensuring deadlines are metWork cross-functionally to ensure work orders are executed properly and equipment is production readyGenerate reports on KPIs related to preventative maintenance activities and planned workAudit the execution and accuracy of planned workGenerate detailed daily and shutdown maintenance plans for assigned maintenance teamParticipates in the training of techniciansAssist engineering in the creation of predictive maintenance tools and systemsCollaborate with internal and external resources to plan activities for scheduled shutdownsIndependent communication with business partners to resolve technical issues and negotiate items such as priorities and completion deadlinesFor each asset, analyze total cost of ownership – parts, labor, and equipment availabilityEvaluate work orders to determine the necessary parts, tools, and time required to successfully execute the work requestTrain employees on how to use the CMMSQUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:4-year degree in engineering, technology, management, or equivalent experience3-5 years of experience in a technical capacityExperience with world-class manufacturing practices (TPM, 5S, Lean, etc.)Well-developed project management skillsPAY RANGE:$69,840.00 - $104,760.00CULTURE AND BENEFITS:At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
