Account Management Representative

Now hiring for an Account Management Representative in Temecula, CA. Pay rate is $23.00 per hour for a MondayFriday schedule from 8:00 AM5:00 PM. This opportunity lets you assist customers, solve problems, and build positive relationships while helping deliver outstanding service every day.

Account Management Representatives with a background supporting customers within a manufacturing environment are needed. The job duties in this position will involve working directly with customer accounts while learning the company's products, manufacturing processes, and internal procedures.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service. Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Previous customer service or account management experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Experience working directly with business/customer accounts. Knowledge of invoicing and billing processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Strong 10-key and data-entry skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred. Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial. Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position. Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as an Account Management Representative.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners. Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
