About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Vice President for Commercialization to spearhead the development of its go-to-market and commercialization foundation. The role also includes laying the groundwork for early go-to-market and commercial design partnerships, from strategic planning to execution. Key responsibilities for this executive position include defining and executing initial business and revenue strategies in collaboration with a technical team, enabling enterprise partnership opportunities, and building a robust developer engagement strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building early go-to-market foundations, partnerships, or revenue streams within a deeply technical company. Experience in scaling business operations through ambiguous, zero-to-one stages is essential, and a strong understanding of open-source and open-weight ecosystems is a significant advantage. The role requires the ability to operate as a bridge between research, product, and external partners, and a comfort with high levels of ownership and low ego in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
