Role Description This full-time Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist role is an on-site position located in Marshalltown, IA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands‑on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs. Daily responsibilities include documenting assessments and progress notes, collaborating with referring providers and other care team members, and educating patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self‑management strategies. The role also includes monitoring patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and contributing to a positive, professional clinic environment that supports high-quality customer service and patient satisfaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation skills, including evaluation, treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention. Candidates should possess excellent Patient Care and Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and patient education. Candidates should possess Orthopedics expertise, including experience with outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine conditions. Active state license (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Iowa; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required. Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage a varied caseload, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
