This position starts as a General Manager in Training, learning all aspects of the store and assisting in day‑to‑day operations. Job Description Responsibilities Learn all aspects of the store, including food preparation, cash register and phone handling, inventory, scheduling, driver dispatch, and budgeting. Assist in day‑to‑day operations and support team members to maintain a fluid flow of business. Provide superior customer service, work hard, and be available for all hours of store operation. Schedule handling of shifts ranges from 8, 10, and 12 hours depending on availability and management needs, including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays. Qualifications Team player with a solid work ethic. Desire to be a leader. One year of prior management experience preferred. Additional Information Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking For short distances and short durations. Surfaces include ceramic tile, bricks, and linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36 and 48 inches. Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table. Lifting Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 high. #J-18808-Ljbffr
