Financial Accountant Opportunity- Contract to Hire-Salary up to $85K (DOE) + Bonus!

This is a contract-to-hire role with a growing manufacturing company in the Blainearea. The position offers a blend of accounting, operations, and analytics, with strong opportunities for growth and development. A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to work on analytical projects that help drive business decisions and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

General ledger accounting, journal entries, and month-end close

• Financial reporting, account reconciliations, and variance analysis

• Inventory accounting, costing, and manufacturing variance review

• Fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure tracking

• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Audit support, compliance, and internal controls

• Process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP enhancements

• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and HR teams

What They're Looking For

5+ years of accounting experience

• Strong GL, close, and reconciliation experience

• ERP and advanced Excel skills

• Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting experience preferred

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and solve problems
