Overview Now Casting: Production Finance Coordinator Skybound Animation is looking for a Production Finance Coordinator to ensure payroll runs on time, invoices stay organized, records remain clean, and production teams receive the financial support they need. Who you are: Love details, checklists, and getting things right Calm under deadlines; nothing slips past you Eager to build a long-term career in production finance Collaborative, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information Responsibilities Review timecards, onboarding, vendor records, and payroll inputs for accuracy Support entertainment payroll, accounts payable, contracts, deal memos, and payment tracking Maintain audit-ready files, cost tracking, and organized finance records Assist with coding, journal entry support, close deliverables, and reporting needs Position Details Reports to Director of Operations Preferred Experience Bonus points if you’ve worked in animation or entertainment payroll and know GreenSlate Salary Salary Range: $68,000 – $75,000 annually Actual base salary is dependent on factors including market dynamics, location, experience, skills, level of responsibility, and tenure The salary range listed is one component of total compensation Compensation decisions depend on circumstances of each role Benefits Skybound offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending and dependent care accounts, and access to counseling through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
