Senior Civil Engineer

Why Join ArupWe are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to play a vital role on a variety of exciting site development and civil infrastructure projects. This position is based in Dallas. The Opportunity Lead design of site development, utilities, roadway, drainage and other key elements for a wide variety of data center projects in Texas and throughout North America.Lead site due diligence and master planning projects for regional and global hyperscale clients.Lead a team of civil engineers, supporting disciplines and subconsultants to oversee design document production.Work with the local agencies to understand their land use and permit processes.Coordinate with associated disciplines including SMEP, architecture and landscape architecture, geotechnical engineering, transportation planning, urban planning, environmental engineering, and cost engineering.Perform construction phase engineering support and site supervision.Participate in proposal writing and marketing activities.Develop and deepen relationships with existing and potential clients and project collaborators.Mentor team members and nurture their professional development.At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective – in which we encourage individuality to thrive. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary.
