We’re working with a highly respected regional law firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience . The firm has a strong presence across the Southeast , with a flexible remote option for attorneys based in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones , allowing attorneys to work from outside its traditional office locations.

What You’ll Do

\n

• Handle commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
\n
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and related agreements
\n
• Work directly with clients and take an active role in managing transactions and relationships
\n
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys across real estate, corporate, banking, and tax

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of commercial real estate experience; candidates must be located in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones
\n
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
\n
• Experience managing client relationships and transactions
\n
• Practical, business-minded approach

• Interest in building a long-term practice with a firm that genuinely invests in its attorneys
