Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess individual needs and develop personalized treatment strategies to assist patients in reaching their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Apply evidence-based methodologies to support improvements in patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand in hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure holistic and comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families: Share knowledge on therapy techniques with patients and their caregivers to promote ongoing progress in everyday life
• Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients are on the right track

Education & Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement for continuing education or additional certifications

Licenses & Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory
