Position: Product/Nutrition Functional Consultant (Remote)
Location: Remote
Duration : 6+ months
Job Description:
Some who has hands-on functional experience configuring and maintaining product and nutrition specifications in an enterprise system, including product attributes, ingredients/nutritional data, business rules, workflows, validation and testing.
The candidate should have strong functional/business knowledge of product and nutrition specification setup , likely in a retail/food/beverage environment such as Starbucks.
- Product setup / product master data
- Nutrition specification setup and maintenance
- Ingredient and nutritional attributes
- Product specifications and formulation-related data
- Functional understanding of how products are created, configured, and maintained in the system
- Business rules and workflows around product/nutrition specifications
- Data validation and accuracy
- Working with business stakeholders such as Product, Nutrition, Food/Recipe, Supply Chain, and IT teams
- Requirements gathering and functional documentation
- UAT / testing and production support
- Experience with enterprise product/specification management systems is highly desirable
