This position is ideal for candidates with general labor, construction, landscaping, warehouse, or production experience who are interested in building a career in the growing solar industry.

You will start by assisting with general labor duties while learning the fundamentals of commercial solar construction from experienced professionals. Strong performers will have opportunities for advancement and increased responsibilities as they gain experience.

• Move materials, tools, and construction supplies throughout the job site
• Assist solar installation crews with daily project activities
• Perform general labor tasks as directed by supervisors
• Act as a safety watch and help maintain a safe work environment
• Clean and organize work areas, tools, and equipment
• Support site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Follow all safety protocols and job site requirements

• Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, production, landscaping, or related work preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Must be able to obtain military base access
• Must be able to gain access to military installations – this is a 100% requirement for the position

Work Environment

The position is based at Fort Shafter, with work hours from 7 AM to 4 PM. The role involves working in an outdoor construction environment, with a focus on safety and teamwork. #AerojobsHawaii26

This is a Permanent position based out of Aiea, HI.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
