Marketing Specialist - Websites & Social Media (On-site) Come Join our team as a Marketing Specialist - Websites & Social Media here at Adelante! As a Marketing Specialist at Adelante, you’ll help bring our mission to life by sharing meaningful stories, connecting people to our programs, and showcasing the impact we make every day in our community. Additional Areas of Responsibility: Collaborate with Marketing & Communications on internal and external communications, including social media, websites, publications, and promotional materials. Coordinate events and outreach opportunities, manage marketing supplies, conduct market research, photograph events, assist with graphic design, and maintain marketing mailing lists for Adelante, subsidiaries, and partners. Other Information/Requirements: Two or more years of marketing and/or applicable administrative work experience is required. Four-year degree in marketing, public relations or a related field is strongly preferred. Strong writing abilities for Web, social media, and PR as well as general business communications is required. Must be able to present a friendly, courteous image for the Agency to the general public, customers, and public officials.
