Foster Care Supervisor, Malden

Program Supervisor – Malden Foster Care Services Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. has a full‑time opening for a Program Supervisor in our Malden Foster Care Services department. The role involves providing supervision to assigned case managers and coordinating all services to meet the ongoing needs of assigned clients through case managers. The supervisor will monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports of case managers in compliance with EEC regulations. Other duties include facilitating weekly team meetings, developing policies and procedures, and providing after‑hours on‑call support on a regular, rotating basis. Minimum Requirements Master’s degree in a human service‑related field. Familiarity with trauma‑informed care. Three years of prior supervisory experience and three years of prior clinical experience. Valid driver’s license. Approved DMV, DCF, and CORI background checks.
