If you are passionate about helping people with their home improvement needs and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!Your Responsibilities as a Handyman ProfessionalCreate, present, and sell project estimates.Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall repair.Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions to address customer needs.Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.Communicate effectively with customers and staff.Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols.Assist with inventory management and procurement of materials as needed.Collaborate with team members and management to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.Qualifications8 or more years proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with skills in various trades and repair techniques.Proficiency in creating and presenting job estimates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.Own your own professional grade tools for a large variety of jobs.Licensed and insurable for driving our vehicle.Able to lift 50 pounds independently.Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time.Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicleBenefits & PayThe pay range for this position is $30.00 to $33.53 and is dependent on your experience.Additional benefits:Company provided work vanCompany provided fuel card for work related travelOffice team dedicated to answering all calls and filling your scheduleA rewarding and supportive work environment with a focus on employee satisfaction and work-life balance.Your own iPad and technology support for using state-of-the-art systemsVacation after one year of service, 401K after one year, Dental, Vision, Medical, Aflac, Life policy provided by Mr Handyman Inc $10,000.00 Have to be here for 6 months before a policy is createdHours- 7:30AM-5PM Monday through Friday, First job of the day starts at 8AM
