Second Shift Services Manager

City Wide Facility Solutions (Portland) is looking for a responsible 2nd Shift Janitorial Coordinator to join our team in the Southern territory. This role involves checking on our facilities to help maintain client satisfaction, coordinating with Account Managers and Independent Contractors to resolve client concerns, and building strong working relationships with City Wide, our customers, and contractors. Essential Functions Maintain regular nightly route schedule Work closely with Account Manager to review objectives and goals for nightly route Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors Utilize CRM to review client scope and create an inspection for each client visit Compensation: $41,600/yr Requirements Experience with email, data entry Ability to multitask Reliable transportation/ability to commute to client location Availability to work the following hours: 4:30 pm - 1:00 am Preferred Bilingual - Spanish Supervisory Experience - 2 years Benefits $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement $400 monthly vehicle reimbursement PTO 401k - 4% company match 50% company contribution to all health care plans Monday - Friday work‑week #J-18808-Ljbffr
