ERP Manager - Business Central

ERP Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) Atlanta, GA (On-Site) We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead and optimize our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing ERP strategy, system performance, business process improvements, and future platform growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong Business Central expertise with the ability to partner across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to drive efficiencies and maximize the value of the ERP system. Responsibilities Serve as the primary owner of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform Develop and execute the ERP roadmap aligned with business objectives Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Supply Chain teams Lead ERP enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and optimization initiatives Manage third‑party vendors, consultants, and support partners Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiencies Ensure data integrity, system reliability, security, and overall ERP performance Support reporting, analytics, and decision‑making through effective system utilization Lead user training, adoption, and change management efforts Manage ERP‑related projects from planning through execution Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting or managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) Experience leading ERP initiatives, upgrades, implementations, or optimization projects Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Operations, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, or Distribution Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross‑functional teams Strong project management and vendor management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience managing ERP teams or business systems teams Manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or supply chain industry experience Knowledge of Power BI, Power Platform, or Microsoft ecosystem technologies Experience with Business Central integrations and third‑party applications Why Join Us?
