ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and is a close-knit team of four who take pride in working together and putting customers first. I grew up in Barrington and attended Illinois State University. Staying connected to the local community is important to me, and I’m an active member of the Barrington Lions Club.

We offer vacation time, holidays, sick time, licensing support, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our goal is to create an environment where team members feel supported and can build a long-term career.

Our culture is laid back, professional, and very team-oriented. Everyone shows up for each other, and we genuinely enjoy working together. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Anne Groh Beckman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
