Key Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial, industrial, and restaurant settings.
• Preventative Care: Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak performance.
• Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Technical Repairs: Repair or replace parts, compressors, motors, and other components as needed.
• Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Consultation: Educate customers on system operations, maintenance tips, and energy efficiency improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed service reports, including parts used, time spent, and work completed.
• Safety: Follow all safety standards, local codes, and company procedures at all times.
