Role Description The Insurance Account Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Windsor, CO. This role focuses on supporting customers with their insurance needs, including answering questions, providing policy information, and handling billing or coverage inquiries. The representative will conduct needs-based conversations, prepare quotes, and recommend appropriate insurance products, while actively following up on leads and maintaining a pipeline of prospects. Day-to-day tasks include managing existing accounts, processing policy changes, documenting interactions in the agency’s systems, and ensuring accurate and timely follow-up. The position also involves participating in outreach activities, supporting marketing efforts, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build trust and explain complex information clearly.
• Proven aptitude or interest in Sales and Account Management, including prospecting, follow-up, and relationship building.
• Ability to support Training efforts, such as sharing best practices with team members and learning new products and systems quickly.
• Comfort using office and CRM software, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Possessing Insurance licenses (such as Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain required licenses within a specified timeframe.
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a commitment to inclusive, respectful interactions with customers and team members.
