CookOur Cooks are responsible for preparing high-quality food with consistency, urgency, and attention to detail. This role is essential to delivering the guest experience our restaurants are known for. Successful cooks take pride in organization, cleanliness, teamwork, and executing at a high level during both routine operations and busy peak periods.Team members are expected to learn menu specifications, plating standards, cooking procedures, and kitchen systems while maintaining a clean and professional work environment. We value cooks who communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and contribute positively to the culture and flow of the kitchen.This is an active position that requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and safely performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Team members may assist with additional restaurant tasks as needed to support daily operations and guest service standards.
