Day Shift 700 to 1930, with call. ECHO required

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric cardiovascular ultrasound examinations with accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensure high-quality studies by adhering to protocols and optimizing patient comfort.

• Communicate findings clearly to physicians and document results in the EMR.

• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets while maintaining accuracy.

• Support continuous learning through continuing education and skills development.

• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient scheduling and care plans.

• Maintain equipment readiness, safety, and infection control standards.

• Demonstrate reliability and accountability for personal targets within a results-driven environment.

• Maintain accurate documentation for billing and regulatory compliance.

• Assist in developing and refining pediatric imaging pipelines and workflows.

• Educate patients and families about procedures and aftercare as needed.

• Leverage data and pipelines to forecast scheduling and capacity planning.

Experience/Qualifications

• Certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography with pediatric specialization.

• Proven pediatric cardiovascular ultrasound experience, including echocardiography protocols.

• Proficient in EMR documentation and pediatric billing compliance.

• Ability to meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy.

• Excellent patient and family communication; ability to educate about procedures.

• Strong infection control and equipment safety/compliance mindset.

• Experience in pediatric imaging pipelines, workflow optimization, and scheduling.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and attendance at CE activities.

• Ability to forecast scheduling and capacity using data pipelines.

• Team collaboration skills while owning personal targets in a results-driven environment.
