Position Highlights Work location: 1301 Pennsylvania Ave., Fort Worth, TX 76104 Hours: Day Shift; Monday – Friday Department Highlights This collaborative practice includes inpatient management (perioperative, post‑transplant, rejection management, re‑admissions) and outpatient clinic (pre‑transplant patient education and post‑transplant medication/disease state management) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
