Responsibilities Include What you will do: Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS), and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Deliver services in the home, school, clinic, and other community settings Collaborate with families, collateral providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals Provide modeling, training, and consultation to caregivers and program staff Monitor progress and revise treatment plans and strategies based on data Purpose-Driven Work – Make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, families, and communities throughout Western Massachusetts. What You'll Bring Master’s degree in a mental health-related field (required) Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and providing community-based behavioral services Knowledge and practice in conducting FBAs, designing BIPs, and coaching caregivers\ BCBA certification or eligibility within one year (preferred) Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally (required) Culturally competent and able to support individuals from diverse backgrounds Must be at least 21 years old We Hire for HEART!
