Order Management Coordinator

Order Management Coordinator – Dallas, TX Kelly is looking for an Order Management Coordinator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Dallas, TX. Pay Rate: $26.00/hr. Shift: 1st. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related communications to and from various countries. Manage customer orders from entry through receipt of product, ensuring on-time order status and critical communication. Collect, review, approve, generate, and process monthly master orders for different countries or markets. Review orders, generate acknowledgments, and compare order quantities to forecasts and inventory levels for accuracy. Collaborate with supply chain, demand analysts, and country managers to align forecasts and production schedules. Facilitate regular calls with regional operations and home office representatives to review open orders and recommend changes. Oversee product allocation for shipment, build containers in the system, generate shipping documentation, and pick lists. Ensure export documentation is accurate and compliant, and track shipments from origin to destination. Manage new product communications and advise on availability and projections. Serve as a liaison for regulatory communications and maintain compliance with departmental SOPs and company policies. Prepare required documents in Word and Excel, maintain country tables, and attend meetings as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in order management, customer service, or a related field (must-have). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and international teams. Adaptable, accountable, and able to work independently to meet deadlines. Knowledge of inventory management, import/export processes, and supply chain coordination (preferred). Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
