What You'll Do
As a Residential Service Electrician, you'll work directly with homeowners to diagnose problems, provide expert recommendations, and deliver high-quality electrical solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting electrical issues
- Explaining repair and upgrade options clearly and professionally
- Helping homeowners improve the safety, reliability, efficiency, and convenience of their electrical systems
- Performing high-quality electrical repairs and installations
- Building lasting customer relationships through honesty and exceptional service
This is consultative servicenot high-pressure sales.
Our best technicians educate customers, provide solutions, and allow homeowners to make informed decisions with confidence.

What We're Looking For
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- 4+ years of electrical experience
- Residential service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience presenting repair and upgrade options to homeowners
- Customer-facing service experience
- Experience mentoring apprentices
