Global Development & Talent Programs Lead
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Lead for Global Development L&D Programs to centrally manage talent initiatives and build a diverse leadership pipeline. The role partners with GD, R&D and HR to translate strategy into scalable experiences, measure outcomes, and optimize resources.
