IDAR Summer Intern (EASE)
$23.5 - $52.5 per hourJohnson & Johnson
Johnson & Johnson seeks a summer intern for the Integrated Data Analytics and Reporting organization to support clinical development through data analysis, systems, and process improvement initiatives from May to August 2027. The role offers hands-on experience with analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence applied to pharmaceutical research and clinical trials.
Responsibilities
- Support data analytics, systems, and process improvement initiatives within EASE function
- Apply analytical skills to clinical trial processes and operational decision-making activities
- Assist with evaluation and application of AI-powered tools to clinical development use cases
- Contribute to data quality improvement and generation of actionable insights across clinical trials
- Document project findings and communicate results to stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed freshman year at an accredited university; currently enrolled pursuing Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA
- Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher across all college coursework
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn computer systems concepts, new technologies, and digital tools
- Permanent U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship required now or in future
- Effective collaboration and independent work capability
Compensation: $23.50-$52.50 per hour
