What You'll Do: May perform modifications, rework and quality testing. Work typically includes interaction with development or manufacturing engineering personnel. Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of experience using a Microscope to assemble components. 3+ years of experience with visual acuity in working with microscopes. 3+ years of experience with miniature precision devices and components. 3+ years of experience in the job functions below: SMT (Surface Mount Technology), rework, repair, assembly. PCB Rework, assembly. Medical Device Assembly. Jewelry Making. Watch Repair. What Sets You Apart: Experience working in an ISO/clean room environment. Experience in using a Microscope to assemble miniature parts into assemblies IPC J-STD-001 solder certification. Precise hand / eye coordination. Technical and detailed by nature. Able to adapt to changing part conditions. Able to adapt to various detailed part inconsistencies. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
