Packer Responsibilities:
- Pack chairs and products into boxes securely according to specifications.
- Prepare and stage materials for forklift operators to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist team members to meet production and shipping deadlines efficiently
- 2nd Shift 3:20pm-11:40pm but as late as 3:40am and requires training on 1st shift
- $22.21/hr
- Experience with packing, staging, and preparing products for shipment.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure products are packed securely and accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- High school diploma or GED
