Manufacturing Technician | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 5:30 AM-2:00 PM
We're seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join a growing team that produces advanced membrane materials used in commercial applications. In this role, you'll operate production equipment, prepare chemical mixtures, monitor manufacturing processes, and support quality-focused production operations.
What You'll Do:
- Operate coating, lamination, compression, and related production equipment
- Prepare and mix chemical coatings following detailed formulas
- Monitor processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform basic maintenance
- Record production data accurately in Excel
- Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience
- 2+ years of industrial machine operation experience
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Experience handling chemicals in a manufacturing or lab environment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
