Job Description:


The Client Services Coordinator will support clients and caregivers in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment. This is a phone-heavy role focused on coordinating caregiver schedules, communicating changes, and ensuring clients receive consistent and reliable care.


This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career within healthcare operations and client services.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of phone communication with clients and caregivers.
• Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules for assigned cases.
• Communicate scheduling changes, call-outs, and coverage needs to clients and caregivers.
• Assist with finding appropriate coverage when schedule changes occur.
• Adjust schedules based on changes to client needs or service authorizations.
• Respond quickly and professionally to time-sensitive scheduling issues.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone communication throughout the day.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and professional communication style.
• Comfortable learning new technology and internal systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
• Philadelphia-based, on-site position.
