Title Examiner: Risk & Clear Title Specialist

Westcor Land Title Insurance Company®

Westcor Land Title Insurance Company® is seeking a Title Examiner in Grand Rapids, MI, who will abstract and examine public records and provide title opinions. This role requires effective communication, familiarity with title searching software, and at least four years of industry experience. Significant responsibilities include determining title conditions, addressing title defects, and preparing title commitments.
