These translate perfectly: Insurance processing / new business / case management Mortgage / loan processing Banking operations Transaction coordination If you’ve lived in the world of forms + deadlines + details , you’re already ahead. What “Great” Looks Like (So You Know the Target) First 30–60 days: You’re running a clean checklist system and closing loops daily You reduce missing items + delays just by being relentless You communicate clearly and professionally (no drama, no confusion) By 90 days: Pipeline is calm, predictable, and fast because you’re on it Compensation & Growth: $55k–$70k base (license fast-track: $65k–$80k ) with a performance bonus available . We invest heavily in paid training (details shared during the interview process) and cover travel for select trainings/team events as you grow in the seat.
