Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr My client, a well-established contractor specializing in concrete restoration and waterproofing, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead project execution and field operations across the region. This role is ideal for a senior construction professional with a strong track record managing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining profitability on complex exterior envelope projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restoration and waterproofing projects Manage and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget Implement best practices in project controls, forecasting, and margin management Collaborate with estimating and business development on scopes and bids Track performance metrics related to quality, safety, and financial outcomes Identify and implement process improvements across the operations team Lead recruiting, evaluation, and development of field personnel Qualifications: 10+ years of construction operations experience, ideally in restoration or waterproofing Proven leadership managing teams and portfolios of $20M+ annually PMP certification required Strong financial and project management system proficiency (Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint, Microsoft Project, or similar) Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Competitive base salary up to $170,000 Performance-based bonus Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO, holidays, and ongoing training This is a strategic role for an operator who can balance field leadership with business acumen.
