We give generously of our time and resources locally and around the world.Job and Ideal Candidate:We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic RN, who embodies our operating principles, to join our Aesthetics team.The Aesthetic Registered Nurse performs cosmetic procedures and provides education, consultations, and scheduling for select aesthetic treatments and treatment regimens offered at Vanguard Skin Specialists.A Registered Nurse injector, who ideally is already skilled in dermal fillers, neurotoxins, chemical peels, laser treatments, and medical grade skin care.Actively promotes/sells cosmetic products and services.Performs, explains, and schedules select cosmetic consults and treatments per protocols.Provides appropriate patient education and after-care instructions.Provides recommendations for cosmetic service enhancements and implements approved plans within specified timeframes.Maintains accurate documentation of treatment in all client medical records.Pre-books patients and retains patients.Assists with development of advertising and promotional materials.Responsible for all cosmetic discussions regarding all available cosmetic treatment options available.Responsible for after-care instructions, relaying information between the doctor and the patient and from the patient to the doctor and scheduling appropriate follow up and treatments.Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training.Perform other related duties as assigned.Graduate of accredited RN programActive Colorado RN licenseAt least 2 years of experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine including injectablesCertification in injectable services and laser operationDetail oriented, well organized, and meticulousRelates well to peopleTeam playerScheduleThis position has a part-time (20-24 hours per week) and full-time (36-40 hours per week) schedule option.This position is based in Colorado Springs and includes working from multiple locations such as our Briargate and Northgate offices.Compensation & BenefitsWe offer a transparent, performance-driven compensation model designed to support you as you grow:Starting Pay: 15% of net collections (revenue minus product costs) with a guaranteed floor of $45/hour.Guaranteed base: You will always receive whichever amount is greater, providing a stable base compensation of $70k–$90k+ (at 30-40h/week), while you build your patient following.Career Progression: As your practice matures and grows, you will have the opportunity to transition to an elite 20% net collections tier for unlimited earning potential.The position also comes with paid time off, continuing education stipend, bereavement pay, and employee discounts on products and aesthetic services.Aesthetic RNs who thrive at Vanguard embody the following:See their work as a calling.Are inspired to take care of patients like family.Embody our values of humility, integrity and excellence.Give generously of their time and resources to help others.Share our mission to make a positive impact on our patients, our community, and our world.To apply, please submit a resume and cover letter to View email address on click.appcast.io for employment will be contingent on successful pre-employment screening for this position.
