- Create, maintain, and organize medical records, files, logs, and related documents
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all records
- Maintain inventory of clinic supplies and monitor compliance with sign-in/out logs
- Prepare inventory and routine medical reports
- Monitor outside referrals and coordinate transfer of medical records
- Read and understand medical instructions, policies, and procedures
- Assist in the preparation of general medical and dental reports
- US Citizenship required for ICE clearance; expedited clearance in place
- Ability to pass thorough background and credit investigations for clearance
- Prior experience with medical records or healthcare administrative tasks preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and comprehend medical instructions and policies
