Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Pay Rate: $27/HR - $30/HR

Job Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships, resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries, and reconcile vendor statements.
- Coordinate vendor setup and onboarding, collecting required documentation, including W-9s, certificates of insurance (COIs), and vendor agreements.
- Track outstanding invoices and payment requests, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company policies.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including accounts payable accruals, account reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable workflows through process improvements and automation while supporting the onboarding of newly acquired healthcare practices.
Requirements:
- Experience processing in a multi-location healthcare environment and working with Sage Intacct
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
