POSITION SUMMARY The Receptionist is the first person every customer meets when they walk through our door - and that first impression matters. This role blends warm hospitality with careful compliance to create a safe, welcoming, and fully compliant entry experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Welcome all customers and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness, setting a positive tone for their entire visit • Verify customer/patient identification and confirm legal age eligibility in strict accordance with Missouri DHSS-DCR requirements; accurately maintain all intake documentation • Manage the customer queue, intake process, and visitor log with precision and efficiency • Communicate wait times, store policies, and basic product information clearly and courteously • Coordinate with Budtenders and shift leadership to manage customer flow and optimize the service experience • Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer records and personal information in compliance with applicable laws • Monitor the lobby environment; identify and escalate any security concerns to management or security staff immediately • Support compliance documentation and intake recordkeeping as required by state regulations • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area throughout each shift QUALIFICATIONS • Must be 21 years of age or older (required by Missouri DHSS-DCR) • Must obtain and maintain a valid Missouri Facility Agent ID through DHSS-DCR/MyComplia prior to starting employment • Previous front desk, reception, host/hostess, or hospitality experience preferred • Warm, professional, and naturally welcoming demeanor • Meticulous attention to detail, especially in ID verification and compliance documentation • Ability to remain calm, composed, and helpful in a fast-paced environment with varied customer needs • Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn dispensary software quickly • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays PREFERRED • Prior cannabis, healthcare, or regulated retail front desk experience • Experience handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Starting wage: $17.30/hr • Health benefits: VIBE pays 50% of monthly premiums - medical, dental, and vision for eligible employees (verify eligibility requirements with HR) • Time off: Paid Time Off (PTO) • Development: Training and a clear path to grow within the organization • Culture: Inclusive, team-oriented, and people-first from day one Equal Opportunity Employer - We celebrate diversity and are committed to an inclusive workplace.
