About the Role
The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Compliance Officer to play a pivotal role in the operational execution of its global Ethics and Compliance program. The successful candidate will be the principal deputy to the Chief Compliance Officer, with a focus on ensuring that the program operates effectively, consistently, and in alignment with legal requirements, regulatory expectations, and the company's values. This executive will be responsible for a wide range of compliance functions, including but not limited to, compliance operations, program management, ethics reporting, investigations, anti-corruption compliance, and compliance training. Experience in international trade compliance, privacy, data protection, and artificial intelligence governance is highly desirable. Applicants for the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 12 years of experience in ethics and compliance, legal, investigations, risk management, or a related field. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in compliance program operations, corporate investigations, ethics reporting, and anti-corruption compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a global compliance program, developing and managing compliance professionals, and driving continuous improvement in compliance processes. Strong executive presence, judgment, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across functions and geographies. The role also demands a high level of discretion, objectivity, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity.
