Field Service & Sales Technician Trainee — Paid Training

Route Service and Sales Technician Trainee Pay Range: $47,840 - $56,810 or more per year of total compensation. Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services. Provide emergency on-call service. Deliver and pick up chemicals. Collect payments and follow up on accounts. Build rapport with customers and resolve concerns. Train customers on product usage and safety. Negotiate service renewals and pricing. Qualifications A valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role. Comfort with driving and mechanical tasks (experience preferred). Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs. Capability to climb stairs at customer and branch locations. A strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset.
