Epic Lumen/Cupid Analyst

Job Summary Seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Analyst to support Epic Cupid workflows, configuration, testing, optimization, and production support for cardiology applications. Required Skills & Responsibilities * Hands-on experience with Epic Cupid and cardiology workflows.
* Configure, maintain, test, and support Cupid functionality.
* Gather requirements and translate clinical and business needs into Epic solutions.
* Support cardiology workflows including procedures, scheduling, documentation, and results.
* Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
* Collaborate with cardiology users, Epic application teams, and technical teams.
* Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, and go-live activities.
* Maintain application documentation and workflow specifications. Preferred Qualifications * Epic Cupid certification preferred.
* Experience with Epic implementations, optimization, and upgrades.
* Understanding of cardiology clinical and operational workflows.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. This is a remote position.
